黑石夥GIP洽購美鐵路集團Kansas City Southern
《華爾街日報》引述消息人士稱，私募基金黑石牽頭財團已經提出收購美國鐵路運輸集團Kansas City Southern的建議，等待對方答覆。
報道沒有提及建議的價值。黑石是與專門收購基建項目的全球基建合夥人(Global Infrastructure Partners或GIP)合作，提出上述收購建議。
《華爾街日報》今年7月曾經報道，黑石有意收購Kansas City Southern，交易估值料約200億美元。
Kansas City Southern市值為170億美元。該公司未有回應查詢。
