Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above with at least at least 1 year’s relevant experience in customer services;
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Knowledge in MS Office application including Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Basic knowledge in mobile application;
• Strong customer service oriented, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day customer’s enquiries & complaints through incoming phone call, email & written format in an efficient and effective manner
• Dispatch of subscriptions updating services
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately
