Account Clerk – AR
• Holder of LCCI Intermediate or above;
• At least 2 years solid experience in financial accounting (AR experience is preferred);
• Proficient with MS Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLookup, etc.) and MYOB Accounting System;
• Able to communicate effectively;
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn;
• Mature, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Immediately available or at short notice is an advantage.
• Handle daily operation related to accounts receivable functions;
• Responsible for daily banking transactions and reconciliation;
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing;
• Assist to formulate internal control policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
• Support ad hoc duties as required.
